Refund policy

You can return anything you buy from Ample & Oak within 30 days from delivery. The clock starts on the day the carrier marks your order delivered.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and the item you want to return. You do not need to give a reason.

We pay for return shipping. We email you a prepaid return label. Returns go to an address in the United States, so you never pay to ship anything abroad.

Send the item back in the condition you received it, with the parts that came with it. The original packaging helps but is not required.

Refunds

We refund the full price you paid, including any shipping charge, within 10 days after the return reaches us. The refund goes back to the card or wallet you paid with. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

We charge no restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, stops working within 30 days from delivery, or is not what you ordered, email us a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you choose, and you do not need to send the item back unless we ask.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order that has not shipped yet for a full refund. If we cannot ship by the date we gave you, we will email you before that date with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
